Your Online Midwife
Hi, my name is Eva Alberts and I am Your Online Midwife. I graduated as a midwife in 1982 and have helped thousands of women through pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.
Here on my website, youronlinemidwife.com, you can find multiple courses, where I teach mothers-to-be everything they need to know. You will also find a blog in the near future, where I will write regularly about different issues and topics related to the matter and I will soon offer one-on-one support sessions to those who need it.
My goal is to help and support one million women, all over the world, through pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.
First 10 Days
Watch these three videos for a sneak-peek into the course.
First 10 Days is a watch-at-your-own-pace course that prepares you and provides you with all the necessary information about the first days and weeks at home with your newborn. The mother´s physical and mental health and recovery, breastfeeding, the newborn, father and siblings as well as useful tips for you and your family and friends. It also includes meditations, affirmations, checklists, FAQ and more.
Many parents have told me that they spent a lot of time and energy preparing for labor and birth but were completely unprepared for the postpartum period. First 10 days is the answer.
Checklists
These checklists will help a mother-to-be prepare before the baby is born. Feel free to send them to anyone you know needs them.
