The Mother:
Mental & Physical Health
What you get
Your Health Is Paramount
Have you seen pictures showing parents with a newborn where everything looks perfect? The mother has perfect hair and make-up and looks like she’s lost all the pregnancy weight. Well, to tell you the truth, that's not the reality. Having a baby is truly life changing but during the first two weeks it’s normal to feel pain and be emotional.
In this course you will learn everything you need to know about your physical and mental health the first days and weeks after delivery. Afterpains, bleeding, stitches, swelling, bladder, C-section and more. How your feelings change, the Baby Blues, postpartum depression, how to turn on your Emotional Operating System, and the important role your mindset plays during this emotional time in your life. What is happening, why, what to do and when to call a doctor.
This is a journey and you're learning, it's ok not to know everything. It's important to take one day at a time, to be in the moment, be present, breathe when you are overwhelmed and believe you can do this. To help you manage your emotions, you will also get guided meditations, a mindfulness practice and instant stress busters.
